In exercise of the power under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from January 16, 2024 till February 13, 2024 all the Superintendents of the Centres of Odd Semester/Special Back Paper Examination December, 2023 conducted by Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh as defined in clause (n) of Section 2 of Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Act, 1962 (U.P. Act no. XVII of 1962) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
