WHEREAS in paragraph 7.3 (e) of the Uttar Pradesh Solar Energy Policy, 2022 it has been provided that installation and testing of grid connected roof top Solar Power Plants upto 10 KW shall be exempted from inspection by Electrical inspector;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003) and regulation 32 of Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010, the Governor is pleased to direct that the installation and testing of grid connected roof top Solar Power Plants upto 10 KW shall be exempted from inspection by Electrical inspector.
