IN exercise of the powers under section 32(b) of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act no. 35 of 2019) the Governor is pleased to direct the President of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule given below to exercise the powers and discharge the functions of President of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission mentioned against the Column-2 of said Schedule until the post of the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission mentioned against each one of them in Column-2 of the said Schedule is filled up.
