IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 05/2024/851/VII- Nyaya-2–2023-131G-2019, dated February 14, 2024 :

IN exercise of the powers under sections 4, 13 and sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. 12 of 1887) and section 5 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. 9 of 1887) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to create the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Tehsil-Chhata in District Mathura (out of Courts created vide G.O. no. 10/2016/870/VII-Nyaya-2&2016-85G-2012, dated July 6, 2016) with effect from the date of taking over charge by the Presiding Officer of that Court and to fix the local limits of Jurisdiction and the place of sitting of the said Court and the Governor is further pleased to make following amendments in the Schedule appended to Government notification no. A-1104/VII-710-53, dated April 12, 1956, as amended form time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification,–

(i) for the existing entry at serial no. 122, the following entries shall column-wise be substituted, namely :–
