THE UTTAR PRADESH ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION
(APPOINTMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE OF THE CHAIRPERSON
AND MEMBERS) (SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2024
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Short title and commencement Commission (Appointment and Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and
Members) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
the Gazette.
Amendment 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment and

referred to as the "said rules") in rule 3:-
(i) for the existing sub-rule (1) set out in Column-I below, the sub-rule as set
