संविधान के अनुछे(cid:6994)द 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, "उत्तर प्रदेश कृ षि (समूह
'क' पद) सेवा नियमावली, 1992" को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती
है :-
"उत्तर प्रदेश कृ षि(समूह 'क' पद सेवा(षष्ठम् संशोधन नियमावली, 2024"
संि(cid:407)(cid:593) नाम और 1–(1) यह नियमावली "उत्तर प्रदेश कृ षि (समूह 'क' पद) सेवा (षष्ठम् संशोधन)

नियमावली, 2024" कही जायेगी।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी।
िनयम 5 का
2–उत्तर प्रदेश कृ षि (समूह 'क' पद) सेवा नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 5 में, नीचे स्तम्भ-1
संशोधन
में दिये गये विद्यमान उप-नियम (2) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया उप-नियम (2) रख दिया
जायेगा, अर्थात् :-

(2) मौलिक रूप से नियुक्त संयुक्त कृ षि
(2) मौलिक रूप से नियुक्त संयुक्त निदेशक सांख्यिकी में से, जिन्होंने भर्ती के वर्ष की निदेशक कृ षि, सांख्यिकी में से, जिन्होंने भर्ती पहली जुलाई को इस रूप में कम से कम चार वर्ष वर्ष की पहली जुलाई को इस रूप में अन्यून की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, विभागीय चयन समिति चार वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, विभागीय

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the "Uttar Pradesh Agriculture (Group 'A' Posts) Service Rules, 1992."
"THE UTTAR PRADESH AGRICULTURE (GROUP 'A' POSTS) SERVICE
(SIXTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2024"
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Agriculture (Group 'A' Posts) Short title and commencement

(2) They shall come into force at once.
