IN exercise of the power under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from Februuary 29, 2024 till March 07, 2024 all the Superintendents of the Centres of (ANNUAL SYSTEM/SEMESTER SYSTEM) Trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutions of Practical and Engineering Drawing and Computer Based (C.B.T.) Examination, February/March, 2024 conducted by Rajya Vyavasayik Parshishan Parishad, Uttar Pradesh as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the superintendents.
