IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 3 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in Column-3 of the said Schedule Police Stations of district Sonbhadra shall be Mahila Thana, Anti-Human Trafficking Units and Electricity Station/Anti Power Theft Stations.
