IN exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 68 read sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (U.P. Act no. 59 of 1988), the Governor is pleased to authorize the State Transport Authority of Uttar Pradesh to issue permits on the total 1540 routes as formulated by notification no. 02/2024/94/XXX-4–2024, dated February 1, 2024 and notification no. 03/2024/153/XXX-4–2024, dated February 1, 2024 for plying stage carriages.
