IN exercise of the Powers under Clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 2 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in Column 3 of the Schedule shall be police stations of district Kheri and they shall be Electricity Station/Anti-Power Theft Station and Cyber Crime Police Station.
