IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in Partial modification of Government Notification no. 9/2021/319/VII-Nyay-2-2021- 201G-95, dated March 3, 2021 and notification no. 02/2022/1178/VII-Nyay-2-2022-201G-95, dated January 9, 2023, the Governor,on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to direct that name of the persons mentioned in Schedule below whose appointments have been cancelled by the said Hon'ble High Court shall be omitted from the aforesaid notifications dated 3 March, 2021 and January 9, 2023 with immediate effect.
