CORRIGENDUM
As Published under notification No. G-16610/Ten License-57/Bottling Rules/2020, date : October 07, 2020.
The Uttar Pradesh Bottling of Foreign Liquour (Twenty Foruth Amendment) Rules, 2020, by the Government of Uttar Pradesh through Extraordinary Gazette of Legislative Appendix, Part-4, Sector (A) (General Statutes Rules), the Rule-1(2) at page 1 of said Rules as set out in Column-I below, the rule as set out in Collumn-II shall be substituted, namely :–
Column I Existing rule
Column II Rule as hereby substituted
Rule-1(2). They shall come into force with effect from
the date of their publication in the Gazette.
Rule-1(2)(a). The sub-rule (5) of rule 2 of these rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st day of April, 2020, and ;
Rule-1(2)(b). Rest of the rules, of these rules shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publicatin of Uttar Pradesh Bottling of Foreign Liquour (Twenty fourth Amendment) Rules, 2020, in the Gazette; i.e. with effect from 7th day of October, 2020.
