lfpoA mRrj çns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 18 vçSy] 2024 3 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 258/LXXVII-3– 2024-139(M)-2018 dated: April 18, 2024:
No. 258/LXXVII-3–2024-139(M)-2018
Dated Lucknow, April 18, 2024
WHEREAS preliminary Notification no. 1511/LXXVII-3-2023-139(M)-2018, dated October 17, 2023 was issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) in respect of total 1.0027 hectares of land required in village Purabpatti 1.0027 hectares, Tehsil Nizamabad. District- Azamgarh required for public purpose, namely Purvanchal Expressway Project through Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) and was lastly published on dated November 26, 2023. Deputy Collector/Assistant Collector, Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh was appointed as Administrator for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the project affected families;
NOW, THEREFORE, after considering the report of the Collector submitted in pursuance of the provision under sub-section (2) of the section 15 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to declare under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the aforesaid Act that she is satisfied that the area of the land mentioned in Schedule-A below is needed for public purpose and land to the extent of nil Hectare in the Village-nil, Pargana-nil and District-nil as given in the Schedule-B has been identified for rehabilitation and resettlement of the displaced families (No family is likely to be displaced due to land acquisition for this project).
The Governor is further pleased under sub-section (2) of section 19 of the aforesaid Act, to direct the Collector of Azamgarh to publish summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme with publication of the declaration to this effect. The summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is attached herewith. (No family is displaced in land acquisition for Purvanchal Expressway. Hence there is no need for identification of any land for rehabilitation and resettlement and publication of summary of Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme).
