NOTIFICATION
No. 434/UP-LA/2023(1) :– In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints the officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning Officers notified vide Commission's Notification No. 434/UP- LA/2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023, to assist the Returning Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the Column (1) of the said Table, for the execution of their works with respect to the counting of votes for the ongoing Bye Elections from the Assembly Constituencies mentioned in Column (1) of the Table.
