IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 48/2024/1197 P/VI-Pu-6–2024, dated June 11, 2024 :

IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 4 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in Column-3 of the said Schedule Police Stations of district Bijnor shall be Mahila Thana, Anti Human Trafficking Units, Electricity Station/Anti-Power Theft Station and Cyber Crime Police Station.
