IN exercise of the powers under 78-A of the registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908), as amended from time to time in its application to Uttar Pradesh, Hon'ble Governor is pleased to remit the registration fee, from the date of publication of this notification, chargeable on the Mortgage Deed of Loan amount Rs. 12068 crore in respect of the project of Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited situated at Ghatampur, Kanpur Nagar.
