IN exercise of the power under Section 21 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from the date June 22, 2024 till July 23, 2024, all the Superintendents of the centres of Annual examination/even Semester/Special Back Paper June, 2024 Examination conducted by Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh as defined in clause (n) of Section 2 of Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Act, 1962 (U.P. Act no. XVII of 1962) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
