No. 57/2024/1264 P/VI-Pu-6–2024, Dated Lucknow, June 21, 2024 IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 4 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in Column-3 of the said Schedule shall be Police Stations of district Badaun and they shall be Mahila Thana, Anti-Power Theft Police Station, Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (A.H.T.U.) Police Station and Cyber Crime Police Station.
