IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the place mentioned at serial number 1 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in column-3 of the said Schedule shall be Police Station of district Hamirpur and it shall be Cyber Crime Police Station.
