IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 4 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in column-3 of the said Schedule shall be police Stations of district Ballia and all Police Stations of district Ballia shall be Mahila Thana, Electricity Station/ Anti-Power Theft Station, Anil-Human Trafficking Unit and Cyber Crime Police Station.
