IN exercise of the powers under clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the places mentioned at serial numbers 1 to 3 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in column-3 of the said Schedule shall be Police Stations of district Balrampur and they shall be Anti-Human Trafficking Units, Electricity Stations/Power Theft Stations and Cyber Crime Police Station Balrampur.
