IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is
pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 02/2024/342/
LXXX-1099/53–2024, dated July 8, 2024 :

WHEREAS the State Government considers it necessary and expedient in the public interest to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964), the Governor is pleased to declare that with effect from the date of publication of this notification in Gazette, the wholesale transactions of the agricultural produce specified in schedule ''A'' below in respect of Principal Market Yard Ayodhya in Market area Ayodhya shall be carried out only at the specified place in schedule "B " below.
