IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region and other Regions Development Authority Ordinance, 2024 (U.P. Ordinance no. 4 of 2024), the Governor, is pleased to declare that the area comprising State Capital and its surrounding areas as mentioned in the Schedule below shall be a 'State Capital Region', to be called the "Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region".

The Governor, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the aforesaid Ordinance, is further pleased to constitute, in respect of the above mentioned "Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region", for the purposes of the said Ordinance, an authority to be called the "Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region Development Authority", consisting of,-
