IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 24/2024/482/VII- Nyay-2–2024-201G-95, dated July 20, 2024:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1987) and in partial modification of Government notification nо. 11/2020/810/VII-Nyay-2-2020-201G/95, Date 12.06.2020 the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to direct that name of the persons mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointments have been cancelled by the said High Court shall be omitted from the aforesaid notification dated 12-06-2020 with immediate effect.
