IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 532 /LXXVII-3099-73-2023, dated July 23, 2024:

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no.6 of 1976) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P.
Act no.1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification No.4246/LXXVII-04-07-94bha/07T.C., dated December 27, 2007, as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
IN the aforesaid notification after the figures and words, "08 Lane Access Controlled Expressway on the right bank of Upper Ganga Canal from Sanouta Bridge (District Bulandshahr) to near Purkaji (District Muzaffarnagar ), before Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand Border along with Link Expressway (Meerut Airport Link, Deoband Link, Mussoorle NH-24 and 25 Kms. long two future links); Hydro Electric Power Station (Nirgajini, Jauli, Chitaura, Salawa, Bhola, Jani escape and Dasna), Navigation Facilities (optional) and Development of Land Parcels (optional) for the planned industrial and Urban development of the area and 'Agra Lucknow Access Controlled Expressway (Green field) Project', 'Purvanchal Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Gorakhpur Link Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Bundelkhand Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Prayag Link Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Ganga Expressway Project (from Meerut to Prayagraj) (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Ballia Link Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)', 'Chitrakoot Link Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)' 'Agra-Lucknow Expressway with Purvanchal Expressway Project (The Industrial Development Area)' the words "Link expressway to connect Agra-Lucknow Expressway to Ganga Expressway via Farrukhabad shall" be inserted.
