IN exercise of the powers under clause (d) of section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976) read with section 21 of the U.P. General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to declare that the area comprising the villages mentioned in the Schedule below shall be included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
