IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 14/2024/891/XCIV-S.R.-2-2024-700(43)-2024 dated, July 30, 2024 :

IN exercise of the powers under sections 78-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) Hon'ble Governor, under this notification, is pleased to remit the registration fees Rs 2,60,29,456/- (Rupees two crore sixty lakh twenty nine thousand four hundred fifty six only) payable on the instrument of purchasing the land at the 3 villages & Government Land situated in District Lakhimpur Kheri mentioned in column-1 to the extent of the area as mentioned in column-2 of the schedule below, for the purpose of expansion of the Lakhimpur Kheri Airport.
