IN exercise of the powers under Section 15 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 45 of 2023), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from August 12, 2024 to August 17, 2024 all the Superintendents and Principals of the examination centers of Government/Private Industrial Training Institutes (Self centers) of districts of the State as Executive Magistrates for the practical Examination of all India Trade Test, August, 2024 (Annual System/Dual System of Training) for regular trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutes and affiliated Private Industrial Training Institutes, conducted by Rajya Vyavsayik Prashikshan Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, to be known as Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all such powers of Executive Magistrates for the areas within the limits of the respective centers of which they are Superintendents and Principals, which such Executive Magistrates have under the said Code.
