IN exercise of the powers under clause (u) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare that the place mentioned at serial numbers 1 of the Schedule below comprising of the areas of the revenue villages mentioned against each in Column-3 of the said Schedule shall be police Station of district Auraiya and all Police Stations of district Auraiya shall be Cyber Crime Police Station.
