IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) and in supersession of notification no. 601/1-13-2015-7ka(18)-2014 dated August 31, 2015 Except as respects things done or ommitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor is pleased to notify that the acquisition of irrigated multi croped land in aggregate for all projects in all districts of the State of Uttar Pradesh except district Gautam Budh Nagar shall in no case exceed 5 per cent of limits of the total area of irrigated multi-croped land of those districts.
The governor is further pleased to notify that the acquisition of the irrigated multi-croped land in aggregate for all projects in district Gautam Budh Nagar Shall in no case exceed 20 per cent of limits of the total area of irrigated multi-croped land in district Gautam Budh Nagar.
