WHEREAS vide notification no. 1418/LXXVII-4-2001-267Bha-97TC-I, dated September 5, 2001 the Governor has declared certain industrial areas of the State of Uttar Pradesh as the "Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Area";
NOW, THEREFORE, having regard to the size of the aforesaid industrial development area and the municipal services being provided by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development authroity in the said area and such other factors, the Governor, in exercise of the powers under proviso to clause (1) of Article 243-Q of the constitution of India, is pleased to specify the "Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Area"to be an "industrial township" with effect from the date of publication of this notification official Gazette.
