IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government notification no. 2198/I-14-2010-33(100)2010 T.C.III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time.
