IN exercise of the power conferred by Section-15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) the Governor is pleased to appoint all the Superintendents and Principals of the examination centres of Government/Private Industrial Training Institutions of 52 districts, mentioned in Appendix-1 to this notification, as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all such powers of the Executive Magistrate for the areas within the limits of the respective centres of which they are Superintendents and Principals;with effect from October 14, 2024 to October 21, 2024 for the S.C.V.T Examination, 2024 (Annual System) comprising of Computer Based Test of Theoretical subjects and for examination of Practical & Technical Art of the trainees admitted in the Government Industrial Training Institutions.
