IN exercise of the powers under Section 15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023), the Governor is pleased to appoint 44 officers/magistrates and 10 reserve officers/magistrates to be posted in Kartik Purnima Mela area which is divided into 11 zones at Brajghat under Tehsil Garhmukteshwar in Hapur District to maintain Law & Order and to control the traffic, to be known as Special Executive Magistrates for the period from the date of issuance of the notification till 17.11.2024 and such Special Executive Magistrates are conferred all the powers that can be given to Executive Magistrates under the said Sanhita, which can be exercised within the boundaries of the Mela area, in which they shall be posted for the time being.
