IN exercise of the powers under clause (d) of section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976), the Governor is pleased to declare the area comprising the villages mentioned in the Schedule below as "ïndustrial development area"and the Governor is further pleased to declare that the said area shall be included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
