IN exercise of the power conferred by the Section 19(kha) and Sub-section (1) of Section 25 of Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Act no. 8 1948), the Governor appoints the persons mentioned in the Schedule below as Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council, on the date of nomination nominates members for a term of five years or until his successor is duly nominated, whichever is longer.
2. The Governor further directs that this notification will be published in Gazette.
