IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act no. 59 of 1988), the Governor is pleased to direct the State Transport Authority of Uttar Pradesh to Fix Rs. 08.30 per Kilometre or part there of as the maximum rate of the fare, for E-Rickshaw operating as a contract carriage.
