IN exercise of the powers under Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 2198/1-14–2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification serial number 4 along with the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
