IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1169/Eight-10–24-13Gathan -2007, dated December 20, 2024 :

WHEREAS the "Aligarh Development Area" was declared vide Notification no. 2257/37- 2-91-DA- 78, dated 29th March, 1981;

AND, WHEREAS the aforesaid notification was amended vide Notification no. 324/Ath-6- 2008- 13Gathan-07, dated 8th February, 2008 to include certain other areas within the Aligarh Development Area;

AND, WHEREAS in the opinion of the State Government, the area of Khair Nagar Palika Parishad, as detailed in the Schedule below, is required to be developed according to plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under section 3 of Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amended by the Uttar Pradesh President's Acts (Re-enactment with Modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 2257/37-2-91-DA-78, dated 29th March, 1981:-
