IN exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (U.P. Act no. 17 of 2024), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Governor, hereby appoints,-
(a) the 27th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6, 34 and 36 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force; and
(b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 30 to 33 and 35 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
