WHEREAS the State Government is of the opinion that a new public ferry is needed on the Sarayan River at Hussainpur Ghat in district Sitapur;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clauses (c) and (d) of Section 4 of the Northern India Ferries Act, 1878 (Act no. 17 of 1878), the Governor is pleased to establish, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, a new public ferry on the Hussainpur Ghat in district mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 21 tuojh] 2025 3 Under section 6 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is further pleased to direct that with effect from the aforesaid date, the immediate superintendence of the aforesaid public ferry at Hussainpur Ghat in district Sitapur shall vest in the Superintending Engineer, Sitapur Khiri Circle, Lok Nirman Vibhag, Sitapur.
