NOTIFICATION
No. 434/UP-LA/2023(1) :- IN exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission, hereby, appoints the Officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning Officers notified vide Commission's Notification No. 434/UP-LA/2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023, to assist the Returning Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the Column (1) of the said Table, for the execution of his works with respect to the counting of votes for the ongoing Bye-Elections from the Assembly Constituency mentioned in Column (1) of the Table:-
