THE UTTAR PRADESH SPECIAL SUBORDINATE ACADEMIC LECTURER CADRE SERVICE (SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2024

1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Special Subordinate Short title and commencement Academic (Lecturer's Cadre) Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In Uttar Pradesh Special Subordinate Education (Lecturer's Cadre) Services

Rules, 1992, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, for existing sub rule.

3. (a) set out in column1 below, the sub rule as set out in column 2 shall be
