IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 2198/1-14–2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification, the entries relating to service number (1) at serial number 52 pertaining to Backward Class Welfare Department (Added to the aforesaid notification vide Notification no. 211/91-2018 dated 22 June, 2018) shall be omitted.
