IN exercise of the powers under Section 15 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from February 24, 2025 till March 12, 2025 all the Superintendents of the centers of High School and Intermediate Examinations, as defined in clause (g) of Section-2 of Intermediate Education Act, 1921 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1921), as Executive Magistrate, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centers of which they are the Superintendents.
