IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 121/ VIII -10-25-02Gathan-2024, dated February 11, 2025:

IN excercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amended by the Uttar Pradesh President's Acts (Re-enactment with Modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to constitute, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, an authority to be called the "Shahjahanpur Development Authority", members where of are specified in the Schedule below, for the Shahjahanpur Development Area declared as such vide Government notification no.113/VIII-10-25-02Gathan@24, dated February 11, 2025,
