IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (5) of section 82 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003), the Governor is pleased to appoint Sri. Ajaya Krishna Vishvesha, Retired District Judge, Address A-3, Nfl Housing Society, Sector P1-2, Greater Noida, Gautam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201310 as Member (Law) of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Lucknow, with effect from the date of his taking over charge.
