vkKk ls] 2 mRrj çns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 4 ekpZ] 2025 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 01/2025/180/LXXX-1-2025/ 80-1099/1455-2019, dated March 4, 2025 :

WHEREAS the State Government considers it necessary and expedient in the public interest to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964), and in supersession of notification no. SAMO (Reg.)/9143, dated March 12, 1973 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor is pleased to include the following area in the Sub-Market Yard Sahatwar of Ballia, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE
The entire area within the boundary of Gram Panchayat Baleur, Nyaya Panchayat Surahiya, Vikas Khand Bansdeeh, District Ballia.
