IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 02/2025/195/ LXXX-1-2025/ 80-1099/1455-2019, dated March 4, 2025 :

WHEREAS the State Government considers it necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964), the Governor is pleased to declare that with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazettes, the wholesale transaction of the agricultural produce specified in Schedule "A" below in respect of Sub-Market Yard Sahatwar in Market area Ballia, district Ballia shall be carried on only at places specified in Schedule "B" below .
