NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Whereas the Government of Uttar Pradesh/Collector (for the purpose of Appropriate Government) is satisfied that a total of 2.86844 hectares land in the Village Mehrauli, Pargana Dasna, Tehsil Ghaziabad, District Ghaziabad is required for purpose, namely, project Integrated Township through Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad.

2. Social Impact Assessment study was carried out by the State Social Impact Assessment agency and submits its recommendation to the Appropriate Government which has approved its recommendation on dated March 23, 2024.

3. The summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report as follows :-

(i) The compensation will be determine as per the provisions of "The Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

(ii) Total 23 gata's and Total 2.86844 hectare land is proposed for acquisition.

(iii) If trees are felled by acquiring body the 03 trees for 1 felled tree should be planted by acquiring body.

(iv) The valuation of prevailing construction should be done by competent technical department.

(v) About 280 persons are affected by land in question.

(vi) There is no public property/ resources are affected by land in question.

(vii) Rehabilitation and Resettlement scheme will be prepared as per RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

4. No families are likely to be displaced due to the land acquisition, As per U.P.G.O. No. 414/Ek- 13-2014-7(k)(8)/2014 Lucknow dated 06.08.2014, Deputy Collector/Assistant Collector of the concerned tehsil has been appointed as administrator for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement within their157 RPH 2025 (Rajaswa Anubhag) (Bhoomi Arjan) data 4e 4 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 7 ekpZ] 2025 jurisdiction. For the purpose of finding out the beneficiaries under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement scheme Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, Ghaziabad has been appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement within their jurisdiction.

5. Therefore, the Governor is pleased to notify for general information that the land mentioned in

the schedule below is needed for public purpose.

6. The Governor is also pleased to authorize the Collector for the purpose of land acquisition to take necessary steps to enter upon and survey of land, take levels of any land, dig or sub soil into the sub- oil and do all the acts required for the proper execution of work as provided and specified under Section 12 of the Act.

7. Under Section 15 of the Act, any person interested in the land may within 60 days after the publication of this notification, make an objection to the acquisition of land in the locality in writing to the collector.

8. Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, specified in the preliminary notification or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of such notification till such time as the proceedings of land acquisition is completed, without prior approval of the collector. NOTE :– A plan of land may be inspected in the office of the collector, Ghaziabad for the purpose of acquisition.
